Return Policy
At Munch Superfood, we do everything we can to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order according to the conditions below:
Return Policy
- Return Period: You have the right to return your product within 7 days of receipt.
- Product Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of supplements whose seal has been broken for hygiene and health reasons.
- Proof of Purchase: For quick processing, we request proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
Returns Process
- Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [customer service email address] to register your return.
- Send the product, properly packaged, to the return address provided by us. You are responsible for paying for your return shipping costs.
- Once we have received and inspected the product, you will receive an email confirmation.
Refund
- After your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are only refunded if the error is ours (for example, if the product was delivered incorrectly or was damaged).
Exceptions
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and discount codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.
