 Why on earth does someone make cold pressed juices, you might ask?

Well, I've always been a foodie, but fruits and vegetables? That was a big no no for a long time! I didn't want to know anything about healthy foods and preferred to put my head on the table when something was put in front of me that seemed just a little 'too healthy'. Picky eater? That's an understatement.

 

 Sporty Spice: The Beginning of Munch

Sports has always been my jam. I exercised every day and wanted to participate in thai boxing matches (I loooove thaiboks). Only: then I had to lose 5 kilos. And I couldn't do that in a healthy way without vegetables and fruit. You guessed it: not an easy task.

So I started experimenting and found my solution: delicious homemade fruit and vegetable juices. Wow, I wasn't buzzing with energy, I was just FLAGING through the day! And those 5 kilos? It disappeared like snow in the sun. 

That got me thinking: if I like this and can achieve these results, then others must also succeed? I decided to make my passion for food my mission: to let others taste this simple, healthy lifestyle. And voilà: Munch was born.

To be able to share my passion for healthy food even better with you, I followed a training as a holistic nutrition coach.

I believe in the power of healthy food. Your body is less likely to get sick and you will go through life all the happier. With Munch I want to show you that healthy can also be tasty and how you can take care of your body from the inside out with our juices. Every now and then completely detoxifying your body with our juices was really life-changing for me and many others! Now you!
