  • spinach : good for skin, hair, iron, protein and minerals

  • cucumber : antioxidants, hydration, weightloss, lowers blood pressure

  • apple : promotes digestion as well as skin and dental care

  • celery : cures bloating and improves digestion, moisture-wicking, aids in weigtloss

  • ginger : good for morning sickness, helps fight infections, good for the immune system

  • lime : high in vitamine C, boosts immunity, antioxidants, promotes healthy skin
